Terms of Use

Specific rules, guidelines, and acceptable use policies governing how you interact with Event Incubator's platform features, content, and community.

Welcome to Event Incubator

These Terms of Use govern the specific behaviors, interactions, and acceptable use of Event Incubator's platform features. While our Terms of Service establish the legal framework of our relationship, these Terms of Use provide practical guidelines for day-to-day platform interactions.

Event Incubator serves event organizers, business professionals, exporters, influencers, service providers, and trade partners primarily within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC region. Our bilingual platform (Arabic and English) is designed to facilitate commerce, knowledge exchange, and professional networking.

By using any feature of Event Incubator, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use in full.

01

Platform Access

Event Incubator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for its intended purposes. This access is subject to the following conditions:

Language Support

Full bilingual support in Arabic (RTL) and English. Content submitted in one language does not auto-translate.

Multi-Currency

Platform operates in SAR by default. Users may select alternative currencies via the currency selector in the top bar.

Device Access

Accessible via web browsers on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Native apps may be launched; this policy applies to all access methods.

Security

All sessions are protected via CSRF tokens. Secure HTTPS connections are enforced across all platform pages.

Platform access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or security patching. We strive to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
02

Account Use Policy

Event Incubator supports multiple user types, each with specific account behaviors:

  • Regular Users: May browse events, register for events, submit service requests, and contact providers
  • Service Providers: Must complete verification before listing services; must maintain accurate, current service descriptions
  • Event Organizers: Responsible for the accuracy and fulfillment of events they list; must provide valid event credentials
  • Influencers: Profile details are publicly visible once registered; contact information must be professional and current
  • Partners: Partner accounts undergo enhanced verification; must maintain active commercial registration
  • Admins: Platform administrators have elevated access governed by internal data handling policies
Impersonating another user, business, or public figure — or creating accounts under false identities — will result in immediate and permanent account termination.
03

Events & Listings

Event listings are central to the platform. The following rules apply to all event submissions:

✓ You Should

  • Provide complete, accurate event information in both languages where possible
  • Include correct event dates, location, and organizer contact details
  • Upload a clear event logo or banner image
  • Classify your event accurately by type and category
  • Update listings promptly if event details change
  • Clearly disclose any entry fees or ticketing requirements

✗ You Must Not

  • Post fictional or placeholder events to test the system in production
  • Duplicate listings for the same event
  • Misrepresent speaker lineups, sponsors, or event scale
  • Publish events promoting activities illegal in KSA
  • Use event listings for purely promotional/advertising content unrelated to an actual event

Event Incubator reserves the right to reject, modify, or remove any event listing that does not comply with these guidelines, without obligation to provide prior notice or compensation.

04

Booth Booking Rules

Booth bookings made through Event Incubator are subject to the following terms of use:

  • Booth bookings require a verified account and, for commercial exhibitors, valid business credentials
  • Booth specifications (size, location, utilities, setup requirements) must be accurately declared at time of booking
  • Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event date to be eligible for consideration
  • The exhibitor is responsible for all physical setup, content, and conduct within their reserved booth space
  • Products or services displayed must comply with KSA commercial regulations and not violate any applicable laws
  • Unauthorized transfer or subletting of booth space is prohibited
  • Event organizers retain authority over booth allocation and may reassign spaces in exceptional circumstances
05

Trade, Export & Import Features

Event Incubator provides specialized tools for export/import trade, including product listings, shipping cost estimations, customer clearance requests, and trade opportunities. Use of these features requires:

  • All exported/imported product listings must comply with Saudi customs regulations and international trade law
  • Prohibited goods as defined under KSA law may not be listed, offered, or requested through the platform
  • Trade and barter submissions must represent genuine commercial proposals with realistic valuations
  • Shipping cost estimates provided by the platform are indicative only; final costs depend on carrier and customs authority assessments
  • Target market data and factory information submitted must represent actual operational entities
  • Users must not misrepresent the origin, quality, or certification status of products
Event Incubator is not a customs authority or licensed freight forwarder. Platform tools assist in connecting parties — regulatory compliance remains the sole responsibility of the exporter/importer.
06

Influencer Platform Use

The influencer directory and campaign features are subject to these specific rules:

  • Influencers must accurately represent their reach, follower counts, engagement rates, and industry focus
  • Purchasing or artificially inflating follower metrics is strictly prohibited and grounds for removal
  • Campaign agreements between brands and influencers are independent commercial arrangements; Event Incubator facilitates the connection but is not a party to such agreements
  • Influencer contact information displayed on the platform must be dedicated professional contact channels
  • Branded content and sponsored posts arranged through the platform must comply with KSA advertising standards and disclosure requirements
  • Influencers must not use the platform to solicit payments outside of official platform processes
07

Sponsorship Attraction Rules

Events listed seeking sponsorship, and businesses offering sponsorship packages, must adhere to the following:

  • Sponsorship listings must accurately describe the event, audience demographics, reach, and sponsorship benefits offered
  • Sponsorship packages must specify all deliverables, pricing, and rights transferred to sponsors in clear terms
  • Sponsors must not demand editorial control over event content beyond formally agreed-upon sponsorship assets
  • Both parties must honor agreed sponsorship terms; disputes should be escalated through our resolution process before legal action
  • Sponsorship funds collected must be used for stated event purposes; misappropriation is grounds for permanent removal and may be reported to relevant authorities
08

Prohibited Actions

The following actions are absolutely prohibited on Event Incubator and may result in immediate account suspension or legal action:

Category A: Fraud & Misrepresentation

  • Creating fake events, listings, or profiles
  • Misrepresenting qualifications or credentials
  • Payment fraud or chargebacks abuse
  • Identity impersonation

Category B: Abuse & Harassment

  • Threatening or harassing other users
  • Posting discriminatory content
  • Unsolicited bulk messaging (spam)
  • Malicious reviews or false reports
Activities that violate KSA law, including those related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or unauthorized trade in controlled goods, will be reported to the appropriate Saudi authorities.
09

Content Submission Rules

All content submitted to the platform — including descriptions, images, documents, and messages — must:

  • Be original or properly licensed — do not submit copyrighted content without permission
  • Be factually accurate and not misleading
  • Respect cultural norms appropriate to the KSA context; content deemed culturally inappropriate may be removed
  • Be free from offensive, explicit, or adult content
  • Not contain promotional material for competing platforms unless explicitly permitted
  • Images must be clear, professional quality, and directly relevant to the listing or profile
  • Documents submitted for service requests (e.g., export licenses, certifications) must be genuine; submitting forged documents is a criminal offense
10

Enforcement & Consequences

Event Incubator employs a tiered enforcement approach proportional to the severity and frequency of violations:

  • Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a formal warning with guidance on corrective action
  • Content Removal: Non-compliant listings, content, or requests may be removed without prior notice
  • Temporary Suspension: Repeated or moderate violations may result in account suspension ranging from 7 to 90 days
  • Permanent Ban: Severe violations — including fraud, abuse, or illegal activity — result in permanent removal with no right to appeal
  • Legal Action: Where applicable, we reserve the right to pursue civil or criminal action and to cooperate with Saudi law enforcement authorities
Users who believe they have been incorrectly sanctioned may submit an appeal to event@economicinc.com within 14 days of the enforcement action. Appeals are reviewed by a senior team member not involved in the original decision.
