Terms of Service

This agreement governs your use of the Event Incubator platform, its features, services, and all interactions between users, event organizers, exhibitors, and service providers.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Event Incubator platform (available at teincu.com), creating an account, submitting any form, or clicking "I agree," you enter into a legally binding agreement with Event Incubator ("we," "us," or "the Company") and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service along with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines posted on the platform.

If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization or business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

These Terms are available in both English and Arabic. In the event of a conflict between the two versions, the Arabic version shall prevail for users based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Platform Description

Event Incubator is a multi-service digital platform operating primarily in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the GCC region. Our platform provides the following core services:

  • Event Management: Registration, listing, categorization, and discovery of business events, conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows
  • Booth & Exhibition Booking: Reservation of booth spaces at registered events with customization options and specification management
  • Export & Import Marketplace: Connecting Saudi and GCC-based exporters, importers, and manufacturers with international trade partners
  • Sponsorship Attraction: Facilitating connections between event organizers seeking sponsors and businesses offering sponsorship packages
  • Service Provider Directory: A vetted directory of professional event service providers including technical, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and data analytics specialists
  • Influencer Marketing: A marketplace connecting brands with registered influencers for promotional campaigns and event coverage
  • Government & Trade Services: Customer clearance assistance, shipping cost estimation, trade and barter facilitation, and government service navigation

Eligibility

To use Event Incubator you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your country and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law or prior platform ban
  • For business registrations: hold valid commercial registration credentials in your operating jurisdiction
  • For service providers: possess the relevant qualifications, licenses, or certifications required for the services you offer

User Accounts

To access most platform features, you must register and maintain an account. Account obligations include:

  • Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keeping it updated
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and taking responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access at security@teincu.com
  • Not sharing your account credentials or allowing others to access your account
  • Not creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or platform limits
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, contain false information, or are used for fraudulent purposes without prior notice.

Services & Service Requests

Event Incubator acts as a marketplace platform, facilitating connections between users. We do not directly provide the event, export, or trade services listed by third parties. Key terms:

  • All service requests submitted through the platform are reviewed by our team before being fulfilled or connected with a provider
  • Approval of a service request does not guarantee delivery — providers operate independently and are subject to their own terms
  • Event Incubator does not guarantee the accuracy of listings created by service providers, event organizers, or product exporters
  • Users who engage service providers through our platform do so at their own risk; we strongly recommend conducting due diligence

Fees & Payments

Certain services on Event Incubator may require payment. The platforms default currency is the Saudi Riyal (SAR) Users may also select supported currencies via the currency selector.

  • All fees and pricing are displayed in the platform before you commit to any purchase or booking
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store your card details
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy, available upon request
  • In the event of a billing error, you must notify us within 14 days to be eligible for a correction or credit
All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT as required by KSA tax regulations (15% VAT applies). VAT receipts are issued upon request.

User Conduct

By using Event Incubator, you agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event listings, product details, or service descriptions
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Saudi Arabian law
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, service providers, or platform staff
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to platform systems, databases, or other user accounts
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect platform data without prior written consent
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that could disrupt platform functionality
  • Engage in price manipulation, bid rigging, or anti-competitive behavior

Content & Intellectual Property

The Event Incubator platform, including its design, code, logos, branding, and compiled content, is the intellectual property of Event Incubator and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

When you upload content (event details, product descriptions, images, documents), you grant Event Incubator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

You retain ownership of content you create and represent that you hold all necessary rights to any content you submit.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • By You: You may delete your account at any time through profile settings or by contacting support@teincu.com
  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or upon expiry of an applicable subscription
  • Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately; we may retain certain data as required by law
  • Outstanding payment obligations survive termination

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Event Incubator shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
  • Loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill resulting from service interruptions
  • Actions or omissions of third-party service providers, event organizers, or other platform users
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Event Incubator in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of Event Incubator shall be:

  • First submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of 30 days
  • If unresolved, referred to binding arbitration in accordance with Saudi Arbitration Law (Royal Decree M/34)
  • Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the Arabic language
  • The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties

Modifications to These Terms

Event Incubator reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes:

  • We will update the Last Revised date and version number at the top of this document
  • Material changes will be communicated via email notification to all registered users at least 14 days before taking effect
  • Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
  • If you disagree with the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account
