Welcome to Event Incubator ("we," "us," or "our"). We operate the platform available at teincu.com — a comprehensive digital ecosystem that connects event organizers, businesses, service providers, influencers, and trade partners across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you access or use our platform, including our event registration system, booth booking, export/import marketplace, sponsorship services, influencer directory, and all related features.

                    By registering an account, submitting a service request, or simply browsing Event Incubator, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.                

Our platform is operated in compliance with the Saudi Arabia Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable data protection regulations.

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of our services, and information from third-party sources. Specifically:

Account & Registration Information

Full name, email address, phone number, and username
Company name, business registration details, and industry type
Profile image and biographical information
National ID or commercial registration number (for verified partners)
Password (stored in encrypted form using bcrypt hashing)

Service & Transaction Data

Event registration details, booth preferences, and sponsorship requests
Export/import product listings, service requests, and inquiry forms
Messages sent through our contact and inquiry system
Payment information (processed securely via third-party payment gateways; we do not store card numbers)
Documents and attachments submitted as part of service applications

Technical & Usage Data

IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
Pages visited, links clicked, and time spent on the platform
Session data and authentication tokens stored in secure cookies
Referral URLs and search terms used to reach our platform

Legal Authorities: When required by Saudi Arabian law, court order, or government regulation

With Your Consent: In any other case, only with your explicit prior consent

                    Influencer profiles listed on our platform are publicly visible. If you register as an influencer, your professional information (name, industry, contact methods) will be accessible to registered platform users.

Event Incubator uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. Cookie types we use:

Essential Cookies: Required for core functionality such as user authentication, CSRF protection, and session management. These cannot be disabled.
Preference Cookies: Remember your selected language (Arabic/English), currency, and display preferences across sessions.
Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how users interact with the platform (pages visited, time spent, navigation flows). Data is aggregated and anonymized.

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your active account plus 3 years after closure
Transaction records and service request data may be retained for up to 7 years for financial and regulatory compliance

Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We will process such requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a minimum cost factor of 12 — they are never stored in plain text

Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations
Right to Restrict Processing: Request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances
Right to Data Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time without affecting prior processing
Right to Object: Object to processing for direct marketing or where we rely on legitimate interests

Children's Privacy

Event Incubator is a professional business platform intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately at privacy@teincu.com and we will take prompt steps to delete such information.

Section 10

International Data Transfers

Our servers are primarily located within the GCC region. Where data is transferred internationally (for example, to cloud infrastructure providers with regional redundancy), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual clauses that require all processors to protect data to the same standard required by Saudi Arabian law.

Section 11

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will:

Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
Send a notification email to all registered users at least 14 days before the changes take effect
Display a prominent banner on the platform informing you of the update

Continued use of Event Incubator after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
